- At Chester, the study of history ranges from the fall of Rome to Cold War America. You can explore turning points in history, the Vikings, the Crusades, the Consumer Revolution, the English Civil War, the Holocaust, and minorities and migration in the 19th and 20th centuries.
- The Department currently works with the Grosvenor Museum in Chester, and currently has use of the Cheshire Record Office and the Cheshire Military Museum archives.
