This qualifying Law degree (LLB) within the School of Law at the Royal Holloway University of London explores the fundamental principles of justice, equity and equality within the framework and English and European law. This programme not only teaches the basic principles of law but explores the impact of legal decisions on society and individuals.
The programme enables students to understand the main areas of legal studies:
- EU law, public law and criminal law and how regulates the functions of the state
- Contract law and tort law and how it regulates relations between private individuals
- Land law and equity and trusts and how it regulates the ownership and control of land and other property.
