MA in Education and Early Childhood can be studied one year full-time, or two years part-time.A central aim is to help early years professionals to develop a clear understanding of, and a critical perspective on, issues around early childhood studies.
You will be encouraged to draw on sociocultural perspectives on childhood, government policy, relevant research and curricular approaches - and on your own experience - in examining issues related to early childhood education.
You have the option of leaving the programme at the end of stage 1 with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education or at the end of stage 2 with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education as long as you have earned sufficient credits.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students must have a 2:1 or international equivalent degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL or PTE to get admission to this program.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they complete one of the following eligibility criteria:

Students should hold a qualification equivalent to an upper second-class Bachelor Honours (or 2.1) equivalent degree.
The university generally considers a Bachelor degree of a minimum of three years in duration, awarded by a nationally recognized higher education institution in India to be comparable to a UK Bachelor Honours degree.
Students can score a minimum of 60% or an upper second-class (2:1) equivalent degree.
