It covers theories of leadership and managing change, and enables you to carry projects that are relevant to your workplace. Many of our students have been promoted as a direct result of studying this course. The part time route is ideal for people who are working full time.Ê
The course consists of taught modules, a work-based learning project and enables you to explore a topic of interest in depth, with the aim to publish. You will learn how to lead and manage healthcare practice and implement research advances to enrich evidence-based practice. The course will help you to develop the ability to implement workplace learning in clinical settings, and competently research healthcare issues within your workplace. You will also gain the skills to prepare you for management of change and to apply your learning to projects within the workplace.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Should have typical appropriate first degree subjects would include computer science (including software engineering or cybersecurity), mathematics, statistics, and engineering.
- At least a 2.2 honors degree on a 4.0 scale in a subject with significant computing science or mathematics/statistics content.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.

The responsibility for finding the work placement is with the student; we cannot guarantee the placement, just the opportunity to undertake it.
