In the light of current world and national food issues the importance of Food Science and Nutrition is currently very high in the publicÕs perception. This programme emphasises the scientific understanding of food during studies which will enable you to apply knowledge to a range of contexts such as food processing, quality and safety, technology and the identification of relationships between dietary intake and health. Graduates will have excellent career prospects in the food industry, consumer studies, retail management, marketing, health, dietetics, environmental health and general management areas.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students need a high school degree or equivalent from a recognized institution. or
- Students can provide A-level, BTEC Diplomas/Extended Diplomas, Scottish and Irish Highers, Access to HE Diplomas, or the International Baccalaureate.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students need a Standard XII/Class XII from CBSE, CISC with 65% and above.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
