This degree course could lead you onto a varied career, where youÕll be a highly valued team member in HR, recruitment or training. The course is approved and accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). You can apply for Associate Membership of the CIPD when you complete the course.
This degree shares a common first year with several other business courses. This allows you to begin to develop commercial and business understanding to underpin your HR practice. It also gives you the flexibility to transfer to another course if you develop an interest in a different subject area.
On this course, you'll:

- Develop an understanding of employment law
- Get to grips with professional skills, sought after in all areas of business

Placement year
After your second year, you can do an optional work placement year to get valuable longer-term work experience in the industry.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Officially certified and translated trasncripts and grades of high school
- 120–128 points from 3 A levels or equivalent
- A personal statement describing why you want to pursue this course and why this college
- One academic reference on official headed paper
- Video credibility interviews for applicants
English Language Requirements:
- IELTS band 6.0 with no component below 5.5
- TOEFL iBT: 79 with a minimum of 18 in Reading, 17 in Listening, 20 in Speaking and 17 in Writing.
- PTE: Overall score of 54 with 51 minimum in each skill
- Cambridge English: Overall score of 169 with no component less than 162
