Master of Science [M.Sc] (Zoology) From OUAT, Bhubaneswar

1. Candidates must have obtained minimum 50% marks in B.Sc concerned Honours/Core/Major subjects from any recognized university.
2. A candidate belonging to SC/ST shall have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in concerned Honours subject.
3. Candidates who have appeared the examination but results are not declared can also apply but he/she must submit the mark sheet by 15.06.201X ( Where X is admission year) after declaration of result otherwise the application for admission will be rejected.

The selection for admission will be based on entrance examination and career marks of the candidates.

The university offers the PG courses in the fields of Basic Science, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Microbiology, and Management.

The selection for the PG courses of OUAT is based on the score percentage in the relative UG course and the score obtained in the common entrance test conducted by the university itself.

The university takes an entrance examination to grant admission in the PG courses. The exam is of 100 marks and the duration is 2 hours. The questions are composed in two categories:

• Objective (Multiple Choice) – 40 Marks
• Short Answers – 60 Marks
