This Ph.D. program offers a close mentoring relationship with faculty members, with training that typically requires five years. In addition to formal doctoral-level coursework and dissertation development, the program also gives students first-hand experiences as researchers and college teachers. First and second-year papers are completed under the mentorship of a faculty member, and students and faculty members often meet weekly in informal brown-bag lunches to discuss research, teaching, and academic life.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- Applicants should possess a four-year undergraduate degree (or its equivalent) with a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.
- One Letter of Recommendation.

- The GRE or GMAT exam may be waived by the MBA Admission Committee if the applicant meets certain criteria outlined in the GMAT/GRE Waiver Policy.
