It was the best option in my city and I had heard many great things about their program and student activities. I knew several people who had received a great education from this particular university.
Course Curriculum
It is well taught, but not up to modern day standards. They teach a whole lot of print design and art, but the reality of graphic design is that it is now more digitally focused and it is more like a business than a painting.
Fees
You pay per semester, and you have to pay for books and any other materials you need for class. Tuition gradually goes up, especially with the new football program.
Examination Structure
I didn't really have exams in the design program. But speaking for other classes outside of the art department, it kind of just depends on the teacher. Some of them give exams on what they teach and some throw curveballs.
Faculty
They are nice and very helpful. They always make themselves available when you need them. Even after I graduated they were always there when I needed help.
