Ally Dzurka Review at University Of Wisconsin [UW-PLATTEVILLE], Platteville | Collegedunia

UW-Platteville: A Ville for All

AD
9.3 /10

I opted for this college because of the smaller class sizes and because it was so close to family. I think the smaller size allows for more comfortability and inclusion. The rural area is nice as well.

Course Curriculum :

It's engaging and challenging. The fact that class sizes are relatively small allows for great interactions between students and professors. In my opinion, this helps to create a more engaging environment. It also opens up more opportunities for learning and consequently the expansion of knowledge.

Fees :

The major upside to fees at UW-PLATTEVILLE is that they are minimal. Most things are included in tuition. At most colleges you pay for your books at the beginning of the year, at platteville, they are rented out and returned at the end of the semester.

Examination Structure :

The exams are spaced in a way that is not too overwhelming. Sometimes exams go over topics that were not discussed in class; however, these topics are covered in assigned readings. If one completes the supplemental readings, the exams are very forgiving.

Faculty :

The faculty is always willing to help and seemed to care about their jobs for the most part. It is easy to get in contact with professors and they have quick response rates to questions. They also are considerate and understanding.
