Easy to transfer to a UC/CSU and easy admission process. Cheaper cost of attendance ( Almost 1/10th that of a UC)
Course Curriculum :
The course is outdated but much less outdated than the Indian course and curriculum. CS is a field that changes rapidly so learning to learn is more important than the content and that's one thing the academics focused on heavily in my college.
Exams :
SAT scores are not required English proficiency requirement like IELTS or TOEFL.
Placement :
There are almost no job fair since this is a community college
Events :
There are about 30 clubs on campus. They have a wide variety of books that you can rent for free from the library.
Faculty :
The student teacher ratio is around 1:25 since it's a community college. They're very approachable and are usually free cause they are there to teach and not to do research like the bigger Universities.
Hostel :
There is no on campus housing
