Course Curriculum

10

Harvard had an exceptional faculty, rich course offerings and plenty of flexibility. The courses were engaging and the pedagogy was spectacular. I would highly recommend it to all. A huge advantage is that they are very liberal with cross registration. While I was a student of the Ed school, I was also taking classes from the B school and Policy school. This is a great opportunity that you should not miss!

Exams

My score in GRE was 320- 165 Quant and 155 Verbal. My score for TOEFL was 315 and I dont recall the breakdown.

Placement

10

Placement opportunities were a bit dimmer due to the pandemic but Harvard was very supportive and we are all well placed now.

Events

The campus is live with a plethora of events and extracurrciular activities. I was the President of the Graduate Indian Student Association, Admissions Ambassador, Chair of Information to the Graduate student council and more. There is something for every single inclination a person might hold! You have everything from board game clubs to meditation clubs and from entrepreneurship competitions to dance competitions! If you can dream it, you can do it here!

Scholarship

I had a graduate scholarship at NYU and Harvard.

Faculty

10

The faculty comprised industry leaders, if not titans of industry! This made it all the more surprising to have them be so approachable. Every single faculty is intensely invested in your betterment. During the pandemic, it was heart warming to see professors go out of their way to explore any and all avenues to make the lives of students easier.

Hostel

I stayed off campus with a friend in a small 2 bhk. It was spacious enough and the rent was $2000 which we split half way. On campus housing has its advantages but it is a bit more expensive.
