Excellent Research Programs, Affordable tuition and great place to live as a student
Course Curriculum :
The courses offered here range from basics to very high level research. Talk to your seniors beforehand about what courses to choose from.
Exams :
My GRE score was 310. I think anything above 295 should be considered as a safe option. TOEFL 100
Placement :
The university will have Job Fairs every semester where every big company visits the campus. It is up to the student for making efforts and landing an interview.
Internship :
I personally din’t opt for any internship but there are many local companies as well as the department itself that offers Internships/Co-ops for students.
Fees :
I used to pay around $13,500/semester for MS in Industrial Engineering.
Scholarship :
N/A
Faculty :
The faculty here is friendly and very approachable. The entire SSIE department is commendable for the work they do.
Campus Life :
There is everything you could ever imagine to have on a campus. Things might have changed due to covid. They have clubs/organization for literally everything. The Indian community here is very active and celebrates every festival possible. My fav being Holiday & Ganapati.
Hostel :
Here most of the graduate students live off-campus. The rent here is quite affordable as compared to metropolitan cities. The average rent is $350-450/month
