I was a transfer student from a community college in Dunwoody, GA and my current university owns the campus I use to be at, so when I applied to transfer it was quite easy and also at my other campus I had already completed two years of my major.
Course Curriculum :
I think for the most part it does a good job at teaching its part I sometimes wish at least for my major it was less out of the book and more hands-on as to where the students are learning more with having to build and do things.
Exams :
The exams I had to take in order to go into my current program was the SAT, ACT and the Compass Test.
Fees :
College is expensive! The fees are ridiculous I believe so especially when you are a commuter like me I don't live on campus so half of those fees aren't even being put into work which sucks because it is totally a waste of money.
Examination Structure :
The exam structure depends on the classes you are taking. Most of the classes that I've taken just have a midterm and a final exam or project towards the end of the semester and the exams are normally written where you pick a few questions to answer in essay form.
Faculty :
So far I've come across such amazing professors at my current university, they teach the material in the way they should know it and I do occasionally feel bad that they have to put up with so many students.
