The interdisciplinary major was super broad. The weather and the ability to major in sustainable Ed. I ride my bike to class and have a very strong community there. I couldn't ask for a better college. The atmosphere is great. The majority of the professors actually want you to do well and will help you if you put in the effort or go to their office hours. Plus, Charleston is an amazing city. So much to do and so many great people
Course Curriculum
Superb. Tailored to each student. I was able to meet with four different department heads and decide which classes I was going to take the period role very helpful in setting guidance and made sure that I had everything I needed to fill my credits for each semester.
Exams
I took the sat 6 times in high school and progressively scored higher. My high score allowed me to get a full scholarship to the college.
Placement
I wouldn't know. Not there yet. Like I mentioned above I'm still in my first two semesters and so I haven't had experience with them placements within the school but I do have jobs that the schools help me get and I do earn internship and credit hours for my time at work.
Internship
I do provide internships period whether it's at the University or somewhere else period I know they have a job in work-study that you get paid for I am pretty sure it's eight dollars an hour period I'm not sure what else they are for because I'm not far enough along in my schooling to do an internship but a lot of my friends are involved in which that is on campus I love it.
Events
Graduation, anniversary. Their celebrations all the time period since tryouts and in such a historical place there's always lots of things to do and celebrate the period whether it's black history or environmental, conservatism it changes every month but we're always celebrating something.
Fees
I had a full scholarship. I know the structure is $30,000 a year period most people receive at least half of that run $15,000 in financial aid period most of my friends pay Leston $5000 a semester and at the end of each semester applying for eligibility for further scholarship.
Scholarship
Yes. Full scholarship. Footlocker and SC gov I received a dean scholarship as well as the girl's state scholarship and Palmeadow fellow scholarship and I applied for footlocker scholarship that I got the shares were all that together was just over $32,000
Examination Structure
Laid back- pretty regular online and in person online. Each class is a compromise of two different kinds of exams are fine in the midterms as well as I have weekly exams in the large majority my classes period some written somewhere online even if the classes are impersonal have online exams just to make it easier.
Faculty
Very intelligent and kind. We have open office hours to where all the professors open up their offices and houses or ever they are so that we can come in and talk about our classes are even a chat about life period through an understanding of where you are and everything they can to help you.
Hostel
I stay with ministry friends. I filled out a form with the campus asking if I can live with some of my friends and Chasen such as actually cheaper than staying in a dorm period I also ride my bike and walk to class and so it works quite well and I still feel included in the culture.
