Igor Kravchenko Review at Illinois Institute Of Technology [ILLINOIS TECH], Chicago | Collegedunia

IIT was awesome

Igor Kravchenko
9.2 /10

Great school for my major, good pricing and close by.

Course Curriculum :

I am very happy with it. I think it focused very well on the core classes and allowed me the opportunity to engage in the real-life practice of robotics and building various projects. I knew there would be typical boring classes I had to get out of the way, so it was not a big deal

Exams :

I took both the Act and the sat. I took the ACT times in order to grab the best score and I improved.

Placement :

I was able to get a job in the field I wanted easily.

Internship :

It does but I did not take one. I did not need one where I was going.

Events :

There are various events that went on, but I didn't engage in them.

Fees :

Tuition, books, room and board, parking pass, food.

Scholarship :

I applied for financial aid via FAFSA and a private loan. I am paying it off now.

Examination Structure :

I was able to interact with the exams easily enough. Studying for them was pretty standard. I was able to manage my time in order to focus on them properly.

Faculty :

Very dedicated staff. I formed a solid relationship with a few professors and enjoyed learning about their status to get to where they are now. Great guys.

Hostel :

I lived in an apartment right next to campus. I was pretty happy with that freedom and proximity.
