Ashleigh Review at University Of Louisiana [ULL], Lafayette | Collegedunia

Ashleigh's Review

A
7.2 /10

It had a highly rated business program in The BI Moody College of Business and it also paired well with the athletic scholarship I received. The business department received an accreditation review, supporting the ratings.

Course Curriculum :

It was properly tailored to the major you were in. You took basic entry-level classes and by the 2nd year, you were getting into your core classes of your major. I never felt like I was forced to take a class that was not part of my degree or that wouldn't help me in the future.

Exams :

For acceptance into the University, I took the SAT and received a score of 1650. This was only taking the exam once.

Fees :

Fees start at $1187-1207 per credit hour, then gradually increase as more credits are added to your schedule. Approximate costs for tuition for in-state residence varies between $19372-$26129, depending on if you are a commuter living with a parent, live on campus, or live off campus. For out of state residents add $13728 to the aforementioned prices. The list below provides a breakdown of the non-refundable fees that are owed to the University. The first-time freshman is required to pay a $7.50 Initial Enrollment Fee. A $657.00 supplemental insurance fee is assessed to all international students on F-1, J-1, or any other non-immigrant status visa. A $20.00 International Service Fee is assessed to all International students. A late registration fee of $50.00 (non-refundable) is assessed to all students who do not adhere to the fee policy stated in the schedule of classes. Course and Lab fee, Housing and Meal Plans.

Faculty :

Many of the professors were knowledgeable in their respective fields, as they also held positions relating to their degrees outside of their teaching responsibilities. There were very few occasions where a professor was teaching a class just to teach the class. The faculty, outside of the professors were genuine in the fact they wanted the best for you and wanted you to graduate in a 4-year time span.
