- The Master of Agricultural Education (MAgEd) is a professional degree designed to enhance the human resource skills in agriculture and education.
- The flexible program provides a core of planning, delivery, evaluation, and administrative strategies while encouraging specialization in teacher education, adult and extension education, agricultural communications, youth development or technology transfer.
- Degree recipients hold positions as agriculture teachers, extension agents, agricultural and environmental agency employees, as well as human resource development specialists in agricultural industry.
- A minimum of 30 credit hours is required for the professional degree.
- With 12 credit hours devoted to the major field, three credit hours in statistics, and the remaining courses based on students’ concentration areas, the MAgEd is a flexible program providing a core of planning, delivery, evaluation, and administrative strategies while encouraging specialization in teacher education, adult and extension education, agricultural communications, youth development or technology transfer.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related subject from a recognized university.
Indian Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
