I think it's great because there are many labs. Also, you can do a research project in your freshman year. You're required to do research projects within your major, which allows you to get a taste of what your career will be like.

Fees

There are charges for shipping your books to your room. There are charges for rooming on campus, different prices of meal plans, and fees for applications.

Wonder, all professors have office hours and if you can?t make them for any reason you can always schedule an appointment with them. They are very flexible and understanding. I have not experienced a professor yet that is not willing to help their student if they are trying in the class.

Fees

The fee structure was different, it's hard to explain. However, it is detailed out in your MYZOU account under billing and you can see what you are charged for. Also if you need more clarifying of why you were charged what, they will tell you immediately if you call Mizzou Financial Aid.

The curriculum needs to be updated. Their journalism school is renowned as one of the best but it is clear the curriculum has not been updated in a long time. The current professors have experienced going through the exact same classes and projects. Being a strategic communications major under the journalism umbrella I have to take classes that are not relevant to me.

Fees

There is a journalism fee towards all classes associated, which is kind of odd because we do not use any extra materials in class and are expected to purchase very expensive materials all on our own. There are ways to get around this although teachers place special emphasis on actually purchasing Adobe products which are not cheap.
