Through the MAED program, students will strengthen content knowledge, learn new instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse students, and develop as teacher researchers.
Stockton University's Master of Arts in Education Program, which is designed to help certified professionals develop into master teachers, is accredited by the Teacher Education Accreditation Council (TEAC) for a period of?seven years, from 2008 to 2020. This accreditation certifies that the Master of Arts in Education program has provided evidence that it adheres to TEAC's quality principles.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Applicants must have completed bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Submit official transcripts of all previous education completed
- Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Submit three letters of recommendation out of which two should be from faculties
- Submit GRE scores
- Submit an updated resume
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 550 in PBT; 80 in iBT; 213 in CBT
- IELTS: minimum 6.5
