The degree is designed to prepare professionals to assume senior leadership positions in the wellness management field and is unique from other programs in that it has an increased emphasis on management and leadership competency development and focuses on all dimensions of personal and organizational wellness.?Over the past 30 years, wellness has developed into a primary business strategy as these programs, when managed effectively, have documented successes in addressing key business issues such as health care cost containment, productivity, absenteeism, and risk management.?
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Applicant must have completed a bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Submit official transcripts of all previous education completed
- Official transcripts must be evaluated by a NACES accredited agency like WES, SpanTran
- Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
- Applicant must have completed following coursework: elementary statistics; introduction to psychology; human biology
- Submit a writing sample of 1000 words describing how you will contribute to the field
- Submit a resume
- Submit two letters of recommendation
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 79 in iBT; 550 in PBT
- IELTS: minimum 6.5
- Duolingo: minimum 110
