- Bachelor's degree in CLS or related science from a regionally accredited U.S. institution or equivalent
- Official transcripts 2 letters of recommendation Personal statement

- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and 3.0 GPA for science courses
- Personal statement/essay addressing career goals and reasons for pursuing the MS-CLS degree
