The Department of Educational Leadership offers a Doctoral Degree in Education (Ed.D.) jointly with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. The department also provides a Master of Science Degree in Education (MS), as well as non-degree administration endorsement programs for students who have completed a master’s degree.

Academic Requirements:
- Applicant must have completed a bachelors degree or masters degree from an accredited university
- Submit official transcripts of all previous educational institution attended
- Official transcripts must be evaluated course by course from WES, ECE or Educational Perspectives
- Submit two letters of recommendation
- Submit a resume outlining educational background, employment history, research experience
- Submit a statement of purpose in 1-2 pages that addresses such topics as why you want to become a school administrator; interests; experiences; and career goals
- Submit a copy of teaching certificate
- Submit professional fitness statement
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 80 in iBT; 550 in PBT
- IELTS; minimum 6.5
- PTE: minimum 53
- Duolingo: minimum 105
