The program has two objectives:
- To apply the critical view of organizations from social scientific perspectives
- To enhance students? understanding of how organizations operate and change over time.
The performance and role of leadership in formal and informal settings is an integral part of the program. You will have the opportunity to develop skills and increase your knowledge in selected discipline areas.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Applicants must have completed bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Submit official transcripts of all educational institution attended
- Official transcripts must be evaluated course by course by a NACES accredited agency like WES, ECE, SpanTran
- Submit a program statement answering three significant professional experiences, major professional traits, your strength and weakness, reason to pursue the program
- Submit GRE or MAT scores
- Applicant may be asked to take an interview
- Submit resume
- Submit English language proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 68 in iBT; 550 in PBT
- IELTS: minimum 6.0
- Duolingo: minimum 95
