Bachelor of Business [B.Bus] [Entrepreneurship] From Macleay College

The Bachelor of Business specializing in Entrepreneurship will teach students how to transform creative ideas into a commercially viable business. A lot of people have ideas, but there are few who decide to do something about them. By developing an entrepreneurial mindset, students will develop the full range of skills needed to succeed in any business context.

• In Year 1 the Bachelor of Business will develop attributes of an entrepreneur by immersing the student in design thinking, the lean start-up approach and understanding the customer journey. Develop and pitch a business idea to judges, just like Shark Tank! Understand the key attributes required to succeed as a technology entrepreneur.
• In Year 2 student will focus on more detailed business skills such as leadership, strategic management, project management, and business finance. student will develop skills in business consultancy to further career opportunities to support other entrepreneurs. student will know how to make solid business decisions based on a thorough understanding of economic and marketing data. Two elective subjects also provide the flexibility to follow a specific interest.
