- In this qualification students will develop events administration and operational skills. Students will learn to use discretion and judgement and will build up a good knowledge of industry operations. Students will learn to work independently under the guidance of more senior event personnel and use plans, policies and procedures to guide work activities.
- This qualification provides a pathway to work in event operations in tourism and travel, hospitality, sport, or the cultural and community sectors of many industries. Work could be undertaken in an office environment where the planning of events takes place, on-site at venues where events are staged, or a combination of both.
