The main reason I choose this college for the standards of teaching and validation of the degree.
Course Curriculum :
The course I have taken is regarding cyber security in which all the updated syllabus is taught with recent incidents happened in the world. The assignments helped a lot in learning new technology and way of exposure outside the university.
Exams :
Admission requirements: At the time I have enrolled, the bachelor's percentage cutoff is 65% and required IELTS score was 6 band with no band less than 5.5 . My score in IELTS: 6, Listening 6.5 , speaking 6 , reading 5.5 , writing 6.
Placement :
As of know I'm pursuing my masters and about the placement offers discussed with seniors are good enough in the course we are in.
Events :
The campus life is some what different comparing with my bachelor's program. There are many clubs, events with which students can improve there communication skills and gain knowledge about the new things happening around them.
Scholarship :
I didn't receive any scholarships but received hardship scholarship around $2000 Aud for 3rd semester based on previous semester marks.
Faculty :
Total unit is divided into three parts lecture 1:150, tutorial 1:25 , laboratory 1:25. All the staff are well expressive towards there job and all the faculty are professors i.e. Ph.D holders. Ajay shiv Sharma of the faculty who taught us in very different way like giving and taking suggestions for the subjects.
Hostel :
There are many ways of accomodations like college accomodations, students accomodations and accomodations with known friends and family members. Based on the individual it can be sharing or sperate. Average accomodation price is $400-$600 Aud, another bills around $100-$150 Aud. The above-mentioned prices is for single person with sharing as of my experience.
