Master in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Waterloo is offered as a 16 months program.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Honors bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field, with a minimum overall average of 78%.
Minimum 75% grade point average (GPA) in the final two years of study (equivalent to last 20 half-credit courses).
GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 [B Grade].
Proof of English proficiency may be required for international applicants, whose first language is not English.

Indian Students Eligibility:

Students need to complete a 4 year UG degree in Data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or any related field.
Standard XII English, a minimum final grade of 75%.
First or Second Division standing in one of the following:
- All India Senior School Certificate awarded by CBSE
- Indian School Certificate awarded by CISCE
- other pre-university certificate awarded after 12 years of academic studies
