- student will explore the concept and characteristics of a capable organisation, and evaluate factors that contribute to maintaining and sustaining capable organisations including human intellect, knowledge, values, emotion, learning and organisational culture and climate.
- As a result student will acquire a suite of effective leadership strategies for capability building and develop studentr understanding of how organisations build organisational resilience when confronted with change.
- Importantly, student will add to this the capacity to assess organisational capability and develop capacity in particular contexts. Using empirical research student will evaluate the decision making process that occurs within organisations and the aspects that influence it.student will design strategies to improve problem solving and decision making processes and outcomes and enhance organisational capabilities.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants must have completed an Australian bachelor degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Applicants will be required to attend an interview (by telephone) with a member of the selection panel.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of three years of work experience (total) with at least one year of professional/managerial experience.
Language Requirments:
- The students whose official language is not English are required to submit the English Language Proficiency scores.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- The student has graduated from senior secondary school or equivalent (those applying for a postgraduate program must have graduated from a university or college).
- Students completed a Diploma from an accredited institution with 65% in the final years of the program.
