Students will examine the Australian legal system and the way it shapes society through a range of issues such as welfare law and human trafficking.
- Law transcends all industries. Find out how the law interacts with other areas, taking units in criminology as study the foundations of business law and other areas of the law.
- Students will learn about dispute resolution and have the opportunity to develop own dispute resolution skills through role-play and interactive activities. Students will learn a variety of dispute resolution processes including negotiation, conciliation, mediation, and arbitration.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- Completion of a Bachelor Degree (AQF Level 7) or equivalent in the same discipline or cognate area with a Distinction average subject to availability of a suitable supervisor and approval by the Dean of the School.
- Students interested in Honours enrolment are advised to contact the Law School Office before application to discuss supervision of their potential research.
