- The Bachelor of Industrial Design at Western Sydney University is a 4-year program.

- Visualizations and Graphics
- Design Management
- Design-Led Innovation
- The student will need to work independently or in collaboration with others in new product development teams, user experience and interaction, product-service systems, production, and manufacturing.
- Upon graduation, the student is eligible for membership to the Design Institute of Australia (DIA).
- The course culminates in a final year industrial design project intending to develop visionary work leading to industry placement, Masters, or Ph.D. research place of design in society and its effect on people, the environment, and the economy and provides you with the ability to work alone or collaboratively.
- Industrial Designers plan, design, develop and document products for manufacture and prepare designs and specifications of products for mass, batch, and one-off production.
- Web Designers design information for visual and audio communication, publication, and display using print, film, electronic, digital, and other forms of visual and audio media.
- The student to faculty ratio is 8:1 which bridges the gap between faculty and students.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
International Students Eligibility:
- Successful completion of the Global Assessment Certificate with a GPA of 2.3. or
- International Baccalaureate Diploma with a minimum score of 24.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- State Boards – Successful completion of Higher Secondary Certificate with a pass of 70% in the best 4 core subjects.
- CBSE – Successful completion of AISCE (CBSE) with an overall GPA of 60% in best 4 core subjects.
- ISC – Successful completion of ISCE with an overall GPA of 60% in best 4 core subjects.
Language Requirments:
- The students whose official language is not English are required to submit the TOEFL or IELTS exam scores.
- The English language proficiency test must be no more than two years old at the time of your commencement at Western Sydney University.
Language Requirement Exemption:
- If the student’s first language is English or if the student can provide satisfactory evidence that English was the medium of instruction in their secondary or tertiary studies they may be considered as meeting the requirement of proficiency in English and they are exempted from submitting the scores.

- Letter of Recommendation - This shows who recommended the student to pursue the degree.
- Statement of Purpose - This is an essay or any written statement written by the student while applying.
- Resume/CV - This provides a summary of your experience and skills.
- Respective Certificate of the recent qualification.
- IELTS or TOEFL scores are to be submitted.
