Students should apply by 15th November for courses commencing in the Fall Session (February/March).
The program encourages work experience while studying in order to achieve a mix of theoretical, practical, and hands-on knowledge, which is greatly valued in the construction industry. In addition to receiving high-calibre academic guidance, student's study will include practical experiments in building technology, including acoustics, heat flow through a building, corrosion of materials, concrete testing, and much more.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- Successful Completion of Global Assessment Certificate with a GPA of 2.0.
- Successful completion of Cambridge International or Edexcel GCE O Level examinations with at least 2 Credits and 2 Passes in 4 core subjects
