  • Navigators assist people in accessing a variety of supports across the lifespan, including, but not limited to, mental health support, legal support, health care, and financial support. Support is often required during transitional points of care, such as youth transitioning to adult services or an older adult preparing to enter long-term care.
  • Accessing services and transitioning between types of care can be complicated and frustrating. Navigators, also referred to as care coordinators or case managers, serve as a guide to help people obtain the help they need.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

  • Applicants must be graduates of a diploma, advanced diploma, or degree from an Ontario College or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 60% is required in each prerequisite course.
  • Applicants working in related industries without a diploma or degree may be considered on an individual basis.

Indian Student Eligibility:

  • The students must have completed 10th and intermediate i.e 12th grade which has the minimum with 70% marks.
  • Applicants must be graduates of a diploma, advanced diploma, or degree in an equivalent field.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
