Graduate Certificate [Grad.Cert] [Crime Analytics] From Cambrian College

Academic Eligibility:

• Students must be graduates of a diploma, advanced diploma, or degree from an Ontario College or equivalent.
• A minimum of 60% is required in each prerequisite course.
• Students working in related industries without a diploma or degree may be considered on an individual basis.

Indian Student Eligibility:

• The students must have completed 10^th and intermediate i.e 12^th grade which has the minimum with 70% marks.
• Any grade 12 mathematics (C) or (U) (MCT4C is highly recommended)

• Students who do not possess the foundational math will need to take the bridging course/s prior to registration.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.

Crime analysts work for a variety of law enforcement, intelligence, research, government, and a variety of other organizations. Crime analysts also work with the financial sector in areas such as private investigation, insurance investigation, and fraud investigation. Common tasks involve analyzing intelligence, predictive modeling, mining data from primary and secondary sources, analyzing and interpreting results, pinpointing and predicting trends, providing concise reports, and designing, creating, and maintaining databases.
