College Boreal Admission Deadlines
Applications for all courses are accepted once during the year, for the next academic year. For international applicants there are no deadlines and applications are accepted all year round but the college advises international applicants to start the application process, at least 3 months before the start of the session.
College Boreal International Admissions
College Boreal accepts international applicants every year. Most programs offered at the college start from September and some in January. The medium of instruction is French and English.
Admission Process:
- Read the admission requirements for the program of choice.
- Make digital copies of all transcripts, passport and language proficiency test scorecards to be uploaded with the online application form.
- Pay the application fee of 350 CAD. 300 CAD will be used towards tuition fee and is not refundable.
- The completed application form and all documents can be sent to international@collegeboreal.ca email address.

Visa requirement:
College Boreal has full-time and online programs too. For applicants, opting online programs there is no requirement of a study permit or visa. For full-time program applicants, a visa will be required to study at College Boreal.
College Boreal Advanced Diplomas Admissions
College Boreal offers advanced diplomas in a range of different topics. There are currently 12 advanced diplomas on offer. Applicants can choose from Architectural Technology, Business Administration- Accounting, Dental Hygienist, etc. All advanced diplomas are 6 semesters long and are delivered in-class. The classes are held in the Sudbury campus.

The graduate certificate programs at College Boreal are offered to applicants who have previous work experience. Applicants are also required to have a graduate degree for some programs. All courses are either 3 semesters long or 2 semester long. College Boreal currently offers 6 graduate certificate on offer. Some courses are delivered in class at the Sudbury campus while some are delivered online. Courses offered are Human Resources Management, Diagnostic Ultrasound, Gerontology, etc.

It's French, it opens a lot of opportunities in the French community, helps knowing more people, I knew it because it's hard for me to study in English, so this college is like studying in the Quebec province.
