Students only pick one of those options and then begin specialization so it's not like keeping feet in multiple boats.
My leading factor was to enter a diploma program to gain enough skills to enter the entry level programming jobs in Canada, meaning nothing too fancy and expensive. Diplomas can be completed for as cheap as 11L INR. I chose computer programming since it is a field where jobs lie in abundance in Canada due to understaffed corporates for computer science jobs.
