Its a nice community and beautiful location. This side of the country is less established so more scope of development and opportunities. Rest all depends what you looking for!
Course Curriculum
Course is not great because most of the study material revolves around one event that occurred in the city.
Faculty
Faculty is also fine. Some professors are really great but some are so tired and unreasonable that you just sit there and regret choosing their course.
Placement
There aint any. Apply for work visa and get a job that would support your PR and then research about placement and salary.
Accommodation
One great thing was that there was a cab to pick me from the airport to the room I rented so I saved $15 rest you need to talk with uni beforehand.
Exams
IELTS total: 6.5 with no less than 6 each Minimum of 70%

Scholarship
Yes, you get $100 * number of courses you were enrolled in the previous semester if you achieve 80%+. In my case, I got $400 because I was enrolled in 4 courses.
