The course is more practical based rather than theoretical aspect and extracurricular activities are also required at the same time.
I got the scholarship around $3000 in my first year so I had to pay around $12-18000 but the fees is different for international students.
- Aimed to educate researchers to work for companies - Optimal program duration (8-8) - 8-month Applied Research Internship in an industrial setting aimed at solving real-world problems. It really brings out creativity and exploration in the researcher. - Networking - Since UofT is one of the best universities in the world, I will be able to connect with fellow graduates from diverse backgrounds - an excellent opportunity to find potential co-founders for my tech venture
60,000 CAD is the tuition fees.
I think that the curriculum can be a bit tough, and some courses try to cover too much material. Students often miss out on understanding topics in depth when they are forced to cram for exams. However, the professors are very knowledgeable.
The fee structure was pretty standard for UofT, as graduate students, we do get a stipend and our fees are covered through funding. The other charges were reasonable.
The University of Toronto has a very strict course curriculum with the Program of Study that they have mandatory where you need a certain mark to actually be enrolled and this is a bad way to do it but the courses overall are interesting.
The fees vary by programs, the Computer Science structure is unregulated so the fees are way higher than expected.
Heavy, too loaded. Hard to keep up with it. Lots of courses starting off first year. Hard to get used to especially coming out of high school. However these courses are very useful and good, they obviously help later on.
Lots of fees, it went up a thousand each year. Also, have to pay for textbooks. It's more expensive than other universities.
