  • Business Analytics is a cross-discipline specialization that incorporates descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics courses as well as application courses.
  • In addition to the required Year 1 foundational functional areas of business courses, the specialization offers foundational courses in predictive and prescriptive courses in Year 2. Most of the courses will make use of relevant analytics software to equip the students with the necessary analytics platforms.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Qualification:

  • Students must have a bachelor's degree in a related field from a recognized university.
  • The related fields include a UG degree in Marketing, Finance, Arts, Science, Government, Education, and Manufacturing.
  • Students required a competitive GPA in the final 2 years of the undergraduate degree.
  • Students required a B average (73-76%, or 3.0 on a 4.0 GPA scale) in the final 2 years to be competitive.

Work Experience:

  • Students required a minimum of 1 year of continuous work experience.
  • Students with up to 5 years of continuous work experience are encouraged to apply for the co-op program.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

  • Completed a 4-year UG degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
  • Or, completing a 3-year UG degree from a recognized institution needs to fulfill extra requirements, such as work experience.

Submission of a GMAT score is mandatory for admission to MBA and MBA with Co-op programs with a score of 600 and a GRE score (minimum 300) is recommended to submit the scores for a better chance of admission. 

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
