- Candidates must visit the official website of the Health and Family Welfare Dept., Govt. of West Bengal, and download the application form.
- Take a printout of the application form and fill all the required information as asked in the form.
- The filled-in application form must be sent to the office of the Health and Family Welfare Dept. with all requisite enclosures and a demand draft for the prescribed application fee.

- Candidates must sign up for NEET PG Registration by visiting the official website and clicking on the “Register for NEET-PG” link.
- The candidates are then required to create a profile and fill personal and educational details. The log-in will be created.
- The candidates must furnish valid contact information along with the scanned copies of photographs and signatures that are required to be uploaded.

- The application fee for General candidates is INR 3750 and INR 2750 for ST/ SC category has to be paid through the online payment gateway.
