Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] (Medical Laboratory Technology) From CMC Vellore, Vellore

• Admission to B.ASLP is open to candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination or an equivalent examination conducted by the Pre University Board of Education of the respective State Governments, securing a minimum of 50% marks considered as equivalent thereto by the MGR University.
• According to the current regulations of the RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India), candidates who have obtained a minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST) in the PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology group or combinations thereof), in their II PUC or qualifying examination are eligible for admission, out of which Physics and Chemistry are compulsory. The third subject can be Biology/ Mathematics/Computer Science / Statistics / Electronics / Psychology.

At the UG level, CMC Vellore offers B.Sc. (Nursing), BPT, BPO, BOT, and various Allied Health Science courses.

Merit followed by a preliminary test (CBT). Shortlisted candidates will also have to qualify in special assessment test & interviews 

In order to seek admission, the candidates need to appear in a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by special assessments & interviews conducted by the college. The admission will be done based on the basis of performance in this test.

CBT for Degree courses will consist of 120 MCQs divided into two sections of 50 & 20 minutes respectively. Questions will be asked from General ability to judge the candidates on the scale of Speed & Accuracy.

Hall Ticket for CBT will be available on the official website of CMC. The college issues a common admit card for all the CBT-Based courses.
