Hostels of IPGMER, Kolkata are well furnished and well maintained so that the girls or boys dont face any sort of discomfort. There are 2 hostels for MBBS girls and 2 for MBBS boys. There are separate hostels for PG students and interns.The rooms of the hostels are clean, properly furnished, well-ventilated with a balcony, and big enough to accommodate 2 students. There is no mess on the campus. Instead of the mess, four canteens are there which provide hygienic foods at an affordable and reasonable cost. Apart from this WiFi, water purifier cum cooler, security with 24/7 CCTV surveillance, parking space, lifts, etc are some of the infrastructure amenities provided by the hostels of IPGMER, Kolkata.
