Course Description

- After making the online submission, take a print out of it and send the hard copy to the given address with the necessary documents.
Note- Pay INR 1000 as application fees online before filling up the form to Director, SGPGIMS, Lucknow Academic Account, payable at SBI, SGPGI Branch, (Code No. 7789), Lucknow.
Documents Required-
- Proof of MD/MS/ DNB certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of Medical Registration.
- Caste Certificate.
- 10th mark sheet
- 12th mark sheet
- Transfer certificate/ Migration certificate of Degree
- Photograph.
Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants seeking admission to 3 Year Full-time Ph.D program should have:
(1) A degree of Master of Sciences or Master's degree in any subject allied to Bio Medical Sciences or Master's Degree in Nursing with at least 60% marks or Master of Surgery or Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree or Diplomat of the National Board of Examinations.
(2) MBBS degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in the professional examinations.
