Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission to the Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Passed Diploma examination from an AICTE approved Institution; with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates of Schedule Castes / Schedule Tribes categories and Persons with Disability) in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology.
Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45%marks (40% marks in case of candidates of Schedule Castes / Schedule Tribes categories and Persons with Disability) and passed XII standard with mathematics as a subject.
Provided that in case of students belonging to B. Sc. Stream, shall clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics / Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year Engineering program along with the second year subjects.
Provided further that, the students belonging to B. Sc. Stream shall be considered only after filling the supernumerary seats in this category with students belonging to the Diploma stream.
Provided further that students, who have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology from an AICTE approved Institution or B. Sc Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, shall also be eligible for admission to the first year Engineering Degree courses subject to vacancies in the first-year class in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted. However, the admissions shall be based strictly on the eligibility criteria as mentioned in 1, 2, 3, and 4 above.

Admission Process:

A Candidate desirous of seeking admission to B. Tech programme must have appeared for the All India Common Entrance Test ET(DIP)-2020 which is a computer-based entrance test (Online) conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Pune at designated centers. The students will be admitted to the Engineering degree courses of the Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), College of Engineering, Pune or Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Department of Engineering and Technology, Navi Mumbai (Off Campus) on the basis of the merit obtained by them in the All India Common Entrance Test ET(DIP)-2020

Admission Process

Applications are available online on the official website for admissions. To be eligible for admissions students must appear for All India CET (Engineering). The details of the entrance are as follows:

All India CET (Engineering) is a computer based, online entrance examination consisting of 200 questions.
The entrance exam is in English with an objective type set of questions with four choices.
1 mark is allotted to each question and the entrance is for 3 hours.
The break-up of questions section-wise are:
- 80 questions are in Mathematics
- 60 for Physics
- 60 on Chemistry
There is no negative marking for wrong answers. Also questions without responses are also not negatively marked.
