Ph.D. (Electronics Engineering) From RAIT, Navi Mumbai

Eligibility Criteria :

• M Tech / M.E in relevant discipline from an Institute / University recognized by AICTE / UGC / Central/state Government
• Admission to the Ph.D. courses is based on an entrance test (PET) followed by an online interview conducted by DY Patil Deemed to be University
• Candidates with UGC-NET (including JRF), UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF), SLET, GATE, teacher fellowship holder or have passed M. Phil Program is exempted from Entrance Test but is required to appear for an interview.
• Final Selection will be based on the overall merit index of the candidate which will be arrived at by taking into account the candidate’s performance in the previous university examinations at Master’s level and the performance in the written test, research output ME/MTech tenure and the performance in a personal interview.

Ph.D Eligibility Criteria

Students should have qualified M.E in a relevant discipline. They must also have qualified either GATE or MU-PET exam.

Ph.D Admission Process

Students can apply online at RAIT for admissions. The steps to apply are as follows:

• Cash/ DD of INR 1000 for open category (INR 500 for reserved category) in favour of “Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology” payable at Mumbai. 
• Candidates should mention their names and address on the reverse of DD.
• Enclose MU-PET/GATE result/scorecard/certificate with the application.
• B.E and ME mark sheet and degree certificate.
• Along with caste certificate (if applicable).
