Keeping the needs of such transnational companies in mind, BIIB was started in 2003 with the aim of training managers to tackle the challenges of the global economy. The practice-oriented courses are carefully designed to include the elements of foreign trade. Balaji Institute of International Business (BIIB), Pune is run under the aegis of Sri Balaji Society established in 1999.
