Ph.D. (Management) From XIME Bangalore, Bangalore

A candidate must have a Master’s Degree or any other Degree / Diploma from any recognized university/institution with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA /Grade. A candidate who has completed M.Phil., with a minimum of 55% or equivalent grade is eligible for admission even if his/her marks in master’s degree is less than 55% provided the candidate has been admitted to M.Phil., by an entrance examination.

However, this condition is relaxed to 50% in case of:

a) SC/ST candidates/Cat-I candidates.

b) In-service candidates with a minimum of five years of regular experience associated with the teaching profession as teachers/library professionals/physical education instructors/laboratory staff in educational institutions.

c) A candidate who has completed a master's degree before 19 Sept 1991.

2. The candidate shall also appear for the Entrance Test conducted by the University of Mysore.

Admission Procedure

Candidates interested in taking admission to the Ph.D. program at XIME Research Centre must apply by filling up the prescribed application form placed below along with copies of all their qualifications from class Xth to Graduation and the result of PhD entrance exam/UGC NET/KSET/M.Phil exam. They should also enclose a DD for Rs. 2000/- as an application fee in favor of Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship, Bangalore.

Caution Deposit (Refundable) - Rs. 10,000/- at the time of admission (Caution deposit will be converted as a contribution to Alumni Society if not claimed back within one year of the Award of Degree)
