Students can apply for any of the session January or July according to their interest. They have to fill the separate application with respect to Calendar or Academic session. Students can obtain the application form from:

• University’s sales counters on payment of INR 100 as cash.
• From study or Zonal centres on payment of INR 100 as cash.
• Students can also obtain the Application form through post by sending a Demand Draft of INR 150 drawn in favor of “ Tamil Nadu Open University” payable at Chennai issued by any nationalized or scheduled bank to

Note: Application form along with the prospectus will be sent only through ordinary post from the University.

• Before filling the application form students are advised to go through the OMR application form’s instructions first.
• Students must fill the application form & pay the requisite amount of fee in community college only with respect to the programme applied. Fee is required to be paid in the University only.
• Students can remit the fee in any State Bank or Indian Bank branch by using the photocopy of the fee remittance challan enclosed with the prospectus. The respective bank will keep the bank copy of challan & return the TNOU & student copy of the challan to the student. Student is required to enclose the TNOU copy of the challan with application form & send it to the University’s address or to the respective study centre.

Aspirants seeking admission to 2 years Full-time M.Com Program should have a Bachelor's degree with commerce subjects with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university.
