Magadh Mahila College offers an undergraduate level degree program in the disciplines of Arts, Science, Commerce, and Computer Applications. The courses offered are BA (Hons) in various specializations, B.Sc (Hons) in 6 specializations. The college also offers B.Sc Program, B.Com, BBA, BCA and BSW courses at the UG level.

The basic eligibility criteria for admission to these programs is a pass in I.A./ I.Sc./ I.Com./+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board or university. Only Science stream candidates are eligible to apply for the B.Sc. program. Selection is done on the basis of marks scored in the written test conducted by the college.
