• National Institute of Medical College and Research: NIMS medical college and research institute was established in the year of 2004 but recognition was given by Medical Council of India (MCI) for MBBS degree in 2009
• Dental College: The NIMS Dental College is considered to be the best dental college in the state of Rajasthan. It was established in the year 2006. The recognition was given for the BDS courses in the year of 2010 by DCI.
• Nursing College: NIMS Nursing College was established in the year of 2004
• Physiotherapy

Extra Curricular activities are very much encouraged in NIMS University and the students are deeply active in taking part of different extracurricular activities organized by The University. Sports being the most favorable amongst the students and the Activity calendar are packed with a number of inter-institute sports competitions, as well as match between hostel sections and student batches.
